Things have to be going much better in Iraq, Golem. If they were as bleak as you say, the Iraqi Parliament wouldn't dream of taking a two month vacation this summer.

It is time to give Bush and Cheney, not a tw0 month vacation, but a PERMANENT one.

Don't wait too long, maybe before his sixty- first birthday in July 6th.

It's time to tell our troops that they have done an admirable job. The fault, whatever on this failed strategy lies with the commander-in-chief and not with them.

Congress must support the money necessary to bringthe troops home...PERIOD!
This Congress has the constitutional duty to tell Bush that his policy has failed and it's TIME to alter strategy....PERIOD!

It's time for the withdrawal dedaline.........................ASAP!

This comes from the blog of a conservative columnist:

Georgie Anne Geyer wrote:
True, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and other American diplomats met Memorial Day weekend with the Iranians in Baghdad (a good first move, but limited, since the Iranians have most of the power, due to our incredible stupidity in Iraq). But by all reports, President Bush is more utterly convinced than ever of his righteousness.

Friends of his from Texas were shocked recently to find him nearly wild-eyed, thumping himself on the chest three times while he repeated "I am the president!" He also made it clear he was setting Iraq up so his successor could not get out of "our country's destiny."

This was posted this morning on Peace Takes Courage (many thanks to Eric on that forum)
This, more than anything else, underscores the Chimp's intentions.
All the more reason to impeach him now.
