This may take some getting used to…
Sorry about the mess. The server went down and I had to move the site to a new server. The forum got messed up and I’m in the middle of fixing it. In the meantime, feel free to write blog messages.
I’m poking around to see what I can do.
Looks like if you can find something called the Dashboard, you can navigate around and do stuff.Now that we have a few more entries, it looks a lot more intuitive.
I’ll see what happens, and promise not to touch any of the RED buttons…

If you’re using Firefox, I recommend an extension called BBCodeXtra. It appears that HTML and XHTML (about the same thing) are appropriate on the Blog. BBCodeXtra

I have a suspicion that some of the bush boys gave the NN server a reprogramming with an axe.
I’ve moved house to Nosovice (about 40km East of Ostrava) on account of work.
My house is directly opposite to the Radegast brewery and my office 500m distant, so I have a perfect view.
BTW, they do an alcohol-free beer for export to the Islamic countries - still tastes good.
Being diabetic, its my only good option anyway.
NN will be working on resurrecting the Message Board, and it should me more than a few days. I’m learning a bit at a time how to edit and publish stuff in HTML, so be patient. NN expects to get more traffic, since blogs are interlinked to other blogs, so a stray troll may drop by for us to put into Rendition
I’ve stuck a few Blogs over on the sides that are of interest. If you have a favorite that routinely has something intelligent or satirical to say, I’ll put them up there. Carry on down here while we try to give the place a political personality.

As I understand it, Andy, the old message board will retain the old look and style (unless NN has more surprises for us) and we can still shoot the breeze over there as before. A blog is a different critter entirely, and this area will evolve as we get used to the different comment structures.
This place is available on an RSS 2.0 feed. If you’re not very familiar with that, I’ll post a link to some kind of RSS for complete idiots site. I include myself in that group, since I really can’t explain it very well, either. There has to be hundreds of RSS feed programs available for free. At the moment, I’m using a Firefox Extension called Sage (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/77) if you want to give it a try.

Hey, it seems very complicated but it’s worth a try.
The only thing is, we only have one computer (gave away the old one)….and I got my wife INTERESTED in Internet Poker so, my computer use is limited now.
I do LOVE it, though. Most tournamnets take 4 or 5 hrs and that gives me some time to go to the nearest casino for live games….or just look at the girls.
I thought my first post didn’t come thru ( 4:08 a.m.) so, I did another one . Oh well.

Since the NN crash I’ve moved from Ostrava to Nosovice due to pressure of work.
Besides, my rented home is virtually opposite the brewery of my favourite beer and the cats love having a garden to play in and a brewery to hunt in.
Since moving here they seem to have problems with walking home in a straight line.
I wonder why?
